[Ingredients] 3g dried Osmanthus Flowers

½ a pear sliced

10g of rock candy

[Instruction] Boil the pear sliced in water until soft.

Put the osmanthus flowers and rock candy in.

Cover for 5 mins

Refrigerate before use.

[benefits] Sooth the sore throats, dry cough, people who

use their throat a lot.

 

[Ingredients] 3 dried Jasmine flowers

3 fresh orchids (or dried)

30g of pear slices (peeled)

[Instructions] Put Jasmine and White orchid into a tea bag.

Together with the Pear pieces put into a jug of

cold water.

Refrigerate it for 6+hours.

Then crush the pear before use.

[Benefits] Clear (heat) chest, moisture throat. Specially needed

for people working sitting all day in the air-conditioned place.
